Lotus EcoWith Lotus Eco Elise, Lotus is taking a step closer to the environmentally friendly cars. Lotus Eco Elise is based on the the Elise Sports car and weights about 32kg less than the standard Elise S. The hemp hard top on the Eco Elise has two flexible solar panels embedded in the roof, which contributes power to the electrical systems and saves the energy that would be drained from the engine.
